Brightness of Diamonds through soil a story of hope and reassurance, written by a former domestic worker. From domestic worker to graduate and published author: Ntombizodwa Merriam Mahlangu’s story, with foreword from the former South African Public Protector: Prof. Thuli Madonsela Ntombizodwa has become an advocate for the education of young women in South Africa.

To inspire others, she has written an account of her experiences: growing up in a mud hut in Tonteldoos without electricity, living in a shack in KwaMhlanga, being a teenage mother and working as a domestic worker. Because of unrelenting drive to obtain a tertiary education, she overcame the odds.
